There are three steps to scheduling your session:
1) Choose your session date and time. This can be done by using the CONTACT tab. I will call or email you to schedule your session.
2) Fill out this form. This is your contract and can now be filled out online. No more paper contracts!
3) Pay your deposit. Once your contract is filled out, an invoice for your deposit will be emailed to you and can be paid online. The remainder will be due at the session.
Once all three of these steps are complete, your session is scheduled.
